Does the GSC3560 include a camera?
No. The GSC3560 is the audio-only model in the family. Buyers who need an integrated camera, video calls, video analytics or QR-code unlocking should review the GSC3565 or a suitable Grandstream GDS video door station. The audio model can still be appropriate where a separate CCTV camera provides visual coverage or where voice-only communication is preferred.
Can it work with an existing IP PBX?
The device supports SIP and is designed to communicate with compatible IP communication environments.
